considering how rare is the shard, probably anyone who has the shard would be willing to buy the scroll at any price. However AH atm says 1.7-2 milion...

That and the fact that a total of 3 shards have ever dropped between all servers

There are 2 shards on Orien alone. One from Raid, one from Pre-Raid end chest.

I do have to say though, that scroll is way over valued. I don't know why people hoard it so valuable. It is actually pretty common. No more rare than any spectral gloves scroll, or bloodstone for that matter. Only difference is that it's totally useless to just about everyone :P
