How to get my European chars?

I have a transition key from the codemasters website. How do I transfer my chars to the American version?

that is the link to the transfer tool but as of 2/14/2011 was discontinued
sorry i know thats not the news you want to hear.
maybe a dev can help,will be monday now though at least.

This is ridiculous, I signed up for the transition, but I've been in the army for the past 11 months, and now I can't even have my European characters brought over? I have a transition key still in my Codemasters player account...

A bit unfair if you ask me :(

they might still be able to do it,just might have to be manually,
that tool was for alot of players to use at the time of transfer.
hope you can get it sorted.

i would suggest tolero he was dealing with problems at the time.
but you will be better off putting in a support ticket at
