put icy burst on +4 holy LOB crafted weapon?

with the ice games comming up I was wondering if I should icyburst if possible my +4 holy silver of lawful outsider bane crafted weapons, mainly for echrono. I know i dont have holy burst of greater bane so sue me. :D. But when hes in lightning form these are the weapons I use, I put my littIIs away, i was wondering if i should do this to make them more effective and maybe use them for when hes in fire form as well?

Nope, you can't put any Risia effects on crafted/craftable items.
