Other ingredient additions include Soul Gems, potions from favor reward vendors, and various slayer arrows found in treasure throughout the game.
Funny thing is... the crafting machine won't accept slayer arrows... so none of the associated recipes can be crafted! Also, can't craft GCB because it requires a stack of 50 addy ores (which only stack to 30 ofc).
So the dev team does not even try the recipes ONCE? To see if they work?
Haha, you got me!

Did this happen when you were clicking on the recipe or when you try to directly drag the arrows from your bag?

Derailing the thread with insults isn't helping us to get more info on this issue. I'm able to use the slayer arrows just fine on live with my character, so I'm looking for more information on how the machine isn't taking the arrows.

Sorry, but I'd've figured it would've been tested BOTH ways.
Oh wait...I'm being silly again. My bad.

It is not insulting to note that play testing was bypassed and bugs are more frequent when play testing is bypassed.

Indeed, provided that such messages aren't nestled in derogatory adjectives and derogatory metaphors. Again, we're getting off topic:
- Is the machine properly pulling the arrows out of inventory?
- Is the machine properly pulling arrows out of quivers?
- Is the machine allowing you to drag the arrows?

So, I USED to have 3 Mystical Plants in my crafter's Large Ingredients bag. Now, I don't.
I just logged into the Crafting Hall on my crafter and opened up my bag to see how many Law (Lesser and Greater) essences I had. The absolute FIRST thing I notice is my Mystical Plants, which are ALWAYS at the top of the list in my bag because I've never used them, are gone. This is the FIRST time I logged into the game since the 10.1 patch.
Yes, Bug Report submitted.
Has anyone else experienced this?

Others have reported stuff missing from bags:
Just wondering if anyone else lost all MIndsunder Disks after Update?
I was just checking Ingredients bag and poof all my Disks are gone.
Had at least 5 Blue, 2 Red, 2 Yellow and Green...
BUT, good news is that it might not actually be missing... just "invisible." Try searching bag for what you're looking for. Some have reported toggling auto-gather off and on also caused things to re-appear.
I'm not at my gaming computer atm, so can't experiment with the arrow thing. Can someone please test? Thanks.

Have you tried turning off autocollect in said bag?
Some players have reported that doing so causes missing items to reappear.

1) No, the machine does not pull the arrows out of inventory.
2) The machine is not pulling arrows out of my generic quiver. I did not purchase a DDO store quiver or a House D one, nor do I have a named quiver.
3) The machine does not let me drag the arrows.
EDIT- Just noticed that I was using Greater Slaying Arrows instead of slaying arrows, I'll see if I have plain slayers lying around.

this was the reason why i didn't want the client to pull crafting mats from the bag
many times i have misclicked something in the crafting window and if this were the case i'd have made the wrong shards on multiple occasions. me keeping mats in my bag instead of ddo pulling them out of my bag was a way for me to know exactly which mats i were using.
yes it sucked getting used to it. but over time it has saved myself quite a few times.

This worked for me. Ty ty. +1 for both of you.
BTW...I turned Auto-Collect back on and the ingredients in question "stayed there."
Another thing I just noticed - not only was it my topmost in the list ingredient missing, the next three ingredients were too as they magically re-appeared when I toggled the Auto-Collect off. So it was actually the top four ingredients in the Large Ingredients bag that appeared to be missing.

Go to the Search window in the bag and hit backspace and everything should be returned. Atleast it worked for me.

Speaking of slayer arrows when are we going to be able to make ammunition... I'm hoping it will be part of this fabled ranged pass.

You will be able to craft ammunition in Update 11, but it will cost one LitII Greataxe per stack of arrows.

I'm torn on this.
I'd like the functionality of being able to have the stations pull from bags, but I'm somewhat paranoid that it will pull something valuable and I'll burn the wrong ingredients before I realize it. Especially if I'm clicking stuff and waiting for the station to "respond".
I actually think they should have a Lock Contents/Auto-Pull check box (like Auto Gather) on the bag. Then we could choose to put our most rare and expensive components in a protected bag.

i agree but what i do is put that stuff in a seperate bag and store it in the bank and only pull the items i need and put the rest back..hence no risk of loss..
