Shintao Wind Stance Monk Build Request

Ok, so, I'm in the process of TRing my monk. My ultimate goal is a triple TR'ed wind stance focus Shintao III monk, 20 levels.

Can someone show me a strong build based on the above?

Based on the above, I know asking for a build is kinda redundant, but I'm mostly interested in ability scores, feat selection and optimal gearset.

Recommendations?

assuming dex/wis, 36 point:

half-elf, rogue dilly
str 14
dex 16
con 15
wis 16
int 10
chr 8

level ups in wis
get a +3 int tome for CE.
feats: TWF x 3, IC:bludgeon, power attack, toughness, weapon finness, past-life monk, stunning fist, combat expertise

you'll have decent dps, good stuns, and good AC if you get the gear for it (DT, tharash bracers/chaosguardes, rings, etc)

Alternatively, for more DPS but no stunning fist/AC:
str 18
dex 16
con 16
wis 8
int 8
chr 8

lvl ups in str
feats: TWF x 3, IC:bludgeon, power attack, toughness, past-life monk, stunning blow, 1 shintao prereq (luck of the heroes is my suggestion) and whatever else (more toughness?)
If you go this route, use sun stance rather than wind, though. also, at that point, may as well go Horc...

I am partial to the first build, as it is more of a monk as I see it. the second is more of a low dps fighter with a few tricks. Many do not agree with me.

btw, with +2 tome and an eagle splendor potion running, your kukan-do will be at 42, (when wearing +10 stunning wraps), which is good enough for the most part, so don't invest in charisma.
