can i craft t2 first before i craft t1..bcoz i still dont hav the shard of power for t1

AFAIK, you have to tier them in order. You can prep the shard, but you can't apply it to the item until it has a tier 1 upgrade.

I had terrible luck with my small shard. It was 10 completions and 6 or 7 other farm runs before I got a small shard to drop or won a roll and guess what. I got 3 on one run. I litterally had every single ingred for my min2 ga and only needed a small shard.
