I know new content is released all the time and I have not been to the higher levels to judge weather this is true or not but is there every going to be some new raids or anything of that sort new class and such, When ever i look at chat and the LFM its always abbot ToD hound shroud Bastion and other things but it never changes and its been like that for almost a year?? So anyways back to the question does turbine plan to produce new content such as stated above?

Since Free to Play launched they have been focussed mostly on low level content. No new raids at high level except Epic versions.

In general there is a lack of good high level content, its what they have promissed to work on moving forward.

Since I joined DDO -- shortly before U5 dropped -- they've been steadily increasing in level each time, with the next one promised to be 'highlevel'. I would like to see them then reverse the direction (because I don't see them sticking on a single level range for too long personally) instead of restarting the climb again.

So they did 5 - 9 - 12 - 15, next one is 19-20 or something, then I'd like to see something like 20, 17, 14, 10, 7. Once that fleshes out, then start high again and rinse and repeat.

Just something I'd been thinking about. :)

imagine if they put up a new open pvp area where guilds can fight to hold flagpoints for a new team pvp league table. everyone who enters is the same level and has to pick from the same list of equipment.
then only builds and playstyle matter.
