U9 items draining the Mantle

since in game bug reporting is not working i'm posting this here. the following U9 items drain 2 charges from the mantle of the world shaper when you equip them.
Insanity
Beholder Plate Docent
Bow of Sinew

going to log into another toon and see if anything else does the same.

Pretty sure that was addressed in the notes for the upcoming patch. It is a known issue and will be fixed soon.

Infushed Chaosrobe
Parasitic Breastplate
Scepter of Mad Trickery

the Bracelet of Thaarak, Staff of Fleshshaping and the Turbulent Epee do not drain charges.

also can we please get the Silver Flame Talisman to actually provide Protection from Evil?

unless i missed it the only thing i saw in the release notes were that items with a vampiric effect were getting fixed so they didn't drain charges. unless these six items have a hidden vampiric effect i don't think it applies.
