Headset with single combined audio jack

Does anybody know of any decent headsets with a combined audio jack (i.e. line in/line out through a single jack). My new Lenovo W520 has this combined audio jack, and I've tried using 3 different Y connectors with my dual jack headset with no success. My sound cuts in and out, and I frequently am unable to use my microphone. It's rather frustrating because my headset is just SOOOO comfortable.

I'm not a big fan of USB connector headsets, so I'm trying to find one that uses a combined audio jack instead. Any recommendations, either of products, or websites where I could read some headset reviews, would be appreciated.

Steelseries does a fantastic neckband headset with a combined audio/mic jack.
The are incredibly comfortable and light, after a few minutes you don't even notice them.
The come in gloss white only as far as i know.

Could always try a set of iPhone headphones.
