If you could change/add one thing to crafting what would it be?

like the title says, If you could change one thing about the new crafting what would you do?

I would add the ability to break down weapons/armor for their metal type. Probably a 5 to 1 ratio to make something. so you can take 5 silver loot weapons and use them to make one silver handwraps. Or 5 adamantium weapons to make one set of adamantium armor, or 5 sets of mithril armor for a mithril weapon.

*edit* or an adamantium docent! ....maybe not.

I'd be quite happy if crafted handwraps worked as they should. But if we're talking about things that should be added when all the other bugs are fixed, then I'd like the ability to strip the skin off of an armor or weapon (even named ones) so I could reapply that skin to my crafted weapons and armor.

I just want to take the weapon I already have and add to it, not deconstruct it and start over. Lets say I've got a +5 Khopesh and I wanna make it holy burst of kickassness. Can I just add it? NO. Gotta break it up and start over. That's ridiculous.

To stop running to the crafting machine thinking maybe I can toss effect x into slot y alongside effect z so I can use named loot I just acquired or consolidate effects, only to find it's impossible thanks to the effect>slot restrictions at present.
