setting channel advice please

Can anyone give me advice on setting common channel for connecting two guilds together via shared chat channel?

you use the command "/joinchannel [name] [password]" eg. "/joinchannel monkeys cake" to join (or create of there isnt one already) a custom channel called "monkeys" with "cake" as the password. (Passwords are optional)

to post in that channel, type "/X [text]" where X is the number that has been assigned to the channel, from 1 to 5 - the number assigned will change depending on how many channels youre a member of already.

to view the channel in any window other than general chat, right click on the name of the channel, select incoming chat then select the number of the channel.

You'll need to set up the user chat channels on every character you want to have access to it through, and if you do a reincarnation of any kind you'll have to set them up again.
