All I can suggest is more constitution. If you are going to melee at all (and even if you aren't) 12 is the absolute bare minimum to take. I'm also not sure how well the paladin dilettante blends with a FVS, personally I normally take fighter for the melee weapons.

First, what are you trying to do with this build? Are you planning to be an offensive caster/healer? Or, are you planning to melee and also be a healer?

Yikes... sorry, but this does absolutely nothing well.
It can't melee, it can't offensively cast, it can't heal properly, and it doesn't even get the PrE (Angel of Vengeance).
Empower Healing alone won't cut it. You want Maximize. In fact, I'd trade in Empower Healing for Empower; about as good for healing, but also helps you actually do some damage with your spells.
Why so much DEX? You either want those points in the STR to be able to Melee, or in WIS to be able to land DC-based spells. If you want to melee, you can take PA and Imp. Crit. For offensive casting, Spell Pen and perhaps SF: Evoc. You certainly don't need 4 toughnesses. Put a few more points in CON and you're fine with one Toughness.
Why so much INT? You don't need that many skills. And Search? What do you plan to do with that?

You may want to take less CHA. You need 19 CHA to cast lvl9 spells; with a +6 item and +2 tome, you'll need only 11 to start. As an FvS, you won't need any more spell points, and 2 build points for 20 SP at end game is a poor tradeoff.
I'd take 14 CON; odd numbers are a waste.
Dump the extera points into WIS for a caster or STR for melee.

Updated build looks pretty good - i'd suggest ditching mental toughness & taking the regular toughness feat there instead for boosted survivability.. you'll have decent SP anyway but HP is always great, sooner you can get them the better :)
Ability raises dont really need to go into charisma at all, as with 15 starting, +2 from capstone & either an item or enhancements you can get the 19 needed to cast level 9 spells without any hassle at all - either stick them in strength if you want to melee, or wisdom if you want to cast (FvS uses wisdom to determine DCs)... many experienced players will start with charisma at 12 to 14 & never add any more for precisely this reason.
Spell selection could do with some work - i'm guessing you assembled it as a "what to take as you get the levels" rather than the revised selection you'd have at high levels - although you can only swap 1 per 3 days normally, with the introduction of the blood of dragons (or whatever its called) you can swap out your entire spell loadout without too much hassle - its in the store, a potential argonassen favour reward & can drop as loot (primarily in gianthold tor, not sure about other places).
Skills-wise, Heal is unnecessary as its only real purpose is first aid kits to stop people bleeding out - getting even a single HP of healing will have the same effect & you can cast healing spells ;) Concentration is a potentially useful one if you're using scrolls a lot, though with quicken active (i switch it on once i take it & only ever turn it off for start of quest or post-shrine buffing) it's obselete. Instead, UMD can be an option for arcane scrolls, diplomacy maybe to avoid aggro & use in some quests, or balance is a good bet too. Sticking enough in tumble to get a positive number in it is nice for ease of movement in water or the occasional dodge too :)

IMO you are trying to be too much of a generalist. Pick one area to excel in and let the others be OK. You seem to want to be a fighter, so focus on that.
Statistics: Drop your CHA to 12
Wisdom: drop WIS to 10
pump your STR up with the points
even up your stats with your initial point.
Your Abiity raises are all over the place as you level up. Put them all into Str
Skills: you are spending points on the heal skill. 100% waste of points from start to finish. never ever spend points on heal. I cannot stress this point strongly enough. Jump and Balance and Concentration are the useful skills as a fvs
Feats:
1 Extend (swap for toughness @ level 10-14ish)
3 Empower Spell or Empower Healing Spell
6 Toughness
9 Improved Critical
12 Power Attack
15 Quicken or Maximise
18 Quicken or Maximise
Healing Type spells:
You need 1 single target cure level 1-4.
You need Heal Spell at level 6.
You need 2 mass cures from levels 5-8.
You need Mass Heal at level 9

Right so I have tried to put everyone's advice and tips into one and make a FvS class Healing/fighting I have made a few feat changes and also skill changes and I have put up my Strength as far as I could or wanted since I still do want to have enough SP to do a load of healing there putting up mu Charisma. Well have a look and see if this is any better than the last one I made. And thanks again for the helpful tips on making my class. :D

You don't need 3 toughnesses, and Mental Toughness is a terrible waste of a feat, especially for a FvS (or Sorc).
In place of two toughnesses and MT, you could be taking Imp. Crit (a must for decent fighting), Quicken (a must for a healer, especially a melee one), and Extend (limited use, but handy on a melee).

Healing + Casting = Human
Healing + being less at fighting or casting = any other race

In place of two toughnesses and MT, you could be taking Imp. Crit (a must for decent fighting), Quicken (a must for a healer, especially a melee one), and Extend (limited use, but handy on a melee).
This...Quicken is a requirement! and Extend is nice for Divine Power which you will use alot for your melee BAB.

Oh yeah I guess FvS get like double SP right so MT is probably a waste I will make these changes. Should I use slashing weapons like longswords? Just wondering.

You should use a Greataxe or Greatsword.
One handers are pointless unless TWF, which is pointless without three feats that would likely gut your healing capabilities.
THF, on the other hand, works fine without the THF feats.

Well, second Toughness, Extend; neither is spectacular. If you prefer the extra 22 HP, go for it I guess.

I must say I do love my toughness feats just for the HP hehe. I think this is the build am going to use.

Honestly you might try my S&B above it has a better senergy.
Extend it useless to you reall it only will affect the Holy Aura and your Divine might/power feats. easy enough to hit them before a big fight it should be over before they are gone end game.
You might try Scimmy's over LS its just a better weapon so forget the Host and follow the Court or do you really want the cap stone spell
Shield mastery is a great feat reduction in your Damage received.
and I hope that you are jsut randomly picking spells

Why is your build better than his? He has 100 more HP, 200 more SP, and better stats. 260 HP is really low for end level stuff.
