I made this to be a Tr for my current 18barb/2ftr TWF khopesh build, with the rogue splash i gain a small boost in sneak attack damage, evasion, the same haste boost, the ability to add hamstring and at a acost of -1str and -1bab. I think this version should be a bit more versatile and at the same if not better dps output.

The optimal gear set will be
Helm: Epic helm of frost
Bracers: Epic bracers of the claw
Ring1: Encrusted ring
Ring2: Koyosho's ring
Neckalce: Shintao cord
Boots: Epic Boots of corrosion
Cloak: Epic Envenomed cloak
Belt: Knost's Belt
Docent: DT
Goggles: Tharnes goggles
Gloves: Golves of the Claw
Trinket: Bloodstone
This may be subject to change if i change race to human or Horc in which case i would be using epic mailith chain and litany of the dead.

Any comments welcome (so long as they are constructive) any suggestion on feat order selection greatly appreciated.
One thing i am curious of is if you can use a race restricted item while raged if you are using UMD to use the item.

Not having Frenzy Berzerker is basically a tragedy.

Not having FB is a much greater loss than the small boost you gain from the rogue levels. In terms of dps, you would be better off dropping the past life, toughness or khopesh profiency and going with scimitars and picking up cleave if you must have evasion. Human would also be an option for the extra feat.

I also didn't see improved critical slashing so i assume you'll be using min IIs for everything short of 100% fort, limiting the range of weapons you can use.

It wasn't my intention to exclude FB i forgot cleave as a prerequisite i suppose i will replace the past life seeing as that is bugged and could be subject to change at any point as far as Imp.crit i don't have much of a spot for it other than taking out toughness. I was thinking of changing the race to human which would allow me to slot Imp.crit with toughness and a good chunk of hp. not sure if the WF bonus to con and enhancements would make up for toughness, ill check some of the numbers but this isn't intended as a tank so it shouldn't be squishy without toughness.

If Ive forgotten anything else please alert me to it.

I have the same/similar build (18/2, WF, FB, Kopesh). It's not fully geared up yet, but I do enjoy it.

My only comment is you will make healers sad. Often. This thing self inflicts damage at a fantastic rate. But given that you are going from a 2f splash, I doubt that'll be news to you.

Edit: Rage shouldn't effect UMD reqs of gear. I've never noticed it, and I am sure I have rr gear floating around.

Drop toughness for cleave and you should be good. As you are going to TR, you should already have a lot of gear. It will be no problem to get 600 hp before rage, so toughness is not necessary. If you put the four cha points into int, you can even be a solid trapmonkey; the +2 umd isn't worth 4 build points. It allows you to max out disable, search and UMD (and leaves some points for balance and jump too). Barbarian has some nice boosts to trapsaves, making it possible to hit 50 reflex save to traps whenever its needed.

Another option is going dwarf and dual wield dwarven axes. Dwarven spell defense drastically improves your evasion too (+5 to all saves vs spells). I went that path on my main, until I got the esos. This one has 33 reflex save vs spells before buffs and 38 vs traps; making it a solid evasion character. It pretty much has the same gear plan as you, except I swapped in tharnes for a +3 exceptional reflex save GS item.

Toughness really isn't necessary on a barbarian and that would be the feat i would drop for cleave. Half orc is is also the way to go for the best dps; you'll have 6 higher str over a warforged and some extra action boosts. Without toughness the only hp gain by going warforged is your con score. Personally i would leave your char at 6 and up your con if you're going HO.

There is no need to max jump either. It caps at 40 anyway so putting more than 10 points in is pointless imo.
