New VIP Account

Hello, I just payed for a VIP account earlier today with my credit card. Everything has been updated in game except for the 500 turbine points. I have done a search for problems with this but pretty much everything I found was from back in 2009 lol. I basically wanted these points for the 32 point build. It would give me enough for the purchase, then I can get on with my day and start leveling. But here I am 5 hours after VIP purchase still waiting to make a new character x.X. Does anyone have any info on this?

Also I am willing to use a different card however I am afraid if I buy points with a different card it will mess up my VIP charge.

The points don't come instantly, it's usually a day or two after you start the VIP sub.

It used to be that the 500 points didn't come till the end of the billing cycle, so you had to go a month without them.
