I had no idea it was a permanent spell

Obscuring mist. permanent duration. who knew.

pretty sure its not wai. lasted through /death.

cost me 1/2 hr of time because I couldnt see to finish quest (though powers know that I tried).

if it is a bug, please delay all new content and fix it and the myriad of multiplying bugs this game has before they crush it (or at least my waning enthusiasm for it).

UHm any fire type spell would burn it up and it woudl be gone.

Or did you cast it? If so, why?

What quest were you doing that you couldn't complete?
