Half Elf - Was not on sale

I paid 1195 for the half elf race. I was able to apply the 25% coupon, but the advertised 20% off the race was not applied in my purchase.

It charged me 1195.

I noticed this too when looking to start my purchase today. At first I thought maybe the note that half-elf was 20% off was just pointing out what you could do with a coupon, but then 32pt builds are 30% off which isnt an increment for a coupon. Since I was planning to pick up Half-elf today I've decided to hold off on my purchases until this issue gets clarified.

Also, I double-checked half orc and 32 pt builds, which appear to be on sale, so I'm thinking the half-elf lack of a sale price is an oversight.
