Come on guys seriously, why do i always have problems buying ddo points?
I am trying to add points and i keep getting a message " We are sorry, we are unable to succesfully process this transaction, please try agin later"
And no matter how many times i keep been asked to try again later.

Me and all my guild mates have had serious problems buying DDO points since we started the game.
Could someone help me with this issue, and please do something to fix this kind of problems.

Are you using a gift card? A European member? Try calling Turbine Account Support via telephone at: 1-781-407-4020 Noon-8:45pm EDT Monday-Friday. They've helped me complete a transaction over the phone that I was not able to online. It's not like they don't want your money right?

I am from Europe yes.
I tryied to call sometimes before but after waiting for 30 minutes i had to hand up, due to the phone call cost.
It was resolved after trying almost once each day!!
1 day out of 20 i do not get this error. But i can not do it every day i got really tired from it + today i really needed the ddo points , and in the best case i am gona have them in 1 week if i am lucky...

How was it resolved for you before?

My problem was I was trying to buy a $49.99 point bundle with a $50 Visa gift card. Turns out there's a $1 hold put on the card that would normally drop off, but at the time made it impossible to purchase as the card was declining. I called Account Support and they completed the transaction over the phone, actually charging me $48.99 for the bundle so the purchase would go through and not decline.

Edit: Just realized that wasn't directed at me. LOL. Reading comprehension FTW.

I'm sorry you were on hold for so long. Please be sure you're calling during the correct hours for the language you're selecting. We have recently had long hold times, due to volume, but they are shorter again as of this week.

There are a variety of reasons why a point purchase might not process. I have passed along the feedback about the error you're getting.

For now, you might try using a different payment method, such as Ultimate Pay. Some local retailers may start carrying Point Codes as well (I recommend calling first to check).
