Epic advise

I'm running a 2 rogue/ 6 ranger/ 12 fighter (tempest, kensai 2) melee build. As I approach 20 for the second time I am becoming curious about epic play. I have a min2 D-axe and am building lit2 as well. I also have a triple neg immunity gs item and a min2 hp item. With gear I'll break 550 hp unbuffed. DT armour resist +5, corrosion guard, dodge +3.

What would you, as more experienced players, recommend to be my next step to be ready to run epic content?

TR with 500+ HP, multiple greensteels, and DT? You are beyond ready for epics. I would suggest starting with carnival, sentinels, and red fens first, but you honestly ought to be just fine running virtually anything in the game.
