does the pally capstone weapons of good stack with any of these weapon effects (good, holy, good burst, holy burst, good blast) in addition to the kotc3 evil outsider extra damage? im thinking maybe it wont stack with the standard pure good weapon effect, but im not sure.

a clarification would be most appreciated.

yes it does stack. The light dmg stacks aswell, and the weapon counts as good for dr breaking.
