Shards on the AH

Am I missing something? I thought all shards were bound still....

Saw quite a few pages of shards on the AH today. All pretty low level stuff, but there was stuff there. Did the Lam update go live and I didn't notice?

you missed something, unbound crafting went live over the past couple of days, its on notifications on the login screen that noone ever seems to read and the devs announced it on here: Cordovan: http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?&postid=3840771#post3840771

That explains it. I had been expecting a downtime to turn it on, so I wasn't paying much attention to any other types of announcements.
