my product key please help

ok so i made my profile a while ago when it just started to be free. made my account and downloaded the game
and ive been playing for a while now. i just bought an ultimate game card so i coulod get vip subscrption. i got it all filled out and that got my card code thing but when i put it in it says cant fetch product key. do you know where i would get my product key because i just dowloaded it online no box or disk or anythng its being stupid any thoughts?
