How do I delete an account so that it is gone?

I have 3 accounts. Two are VIP. One is F2P.

I want to delete one VIP account and the F2P account. I want to remove all the characters and completely wipe out the accounts.

All 3 accounts belong to the same person on the DDO accounts manager.
