You can add links from your myddo page from in game or out of game... click My Admin/Links/Add New/ then add your link approprietely in the boxes. Adding a link to ddowiki is useful here.

That being said, be careful as to what you browse here in terms of security and the amount of memory you end up chewing up too. Also, I've found the in game browser to be poor in terms of speed and robustness. I've had the browser take down my client 4 or 5 times just browsing ddowiki. Even reading the ddo forums is annoying, as sometimes the lower scrollbar does not activate and the paragraphs are chopped off the right side.

I used to be able to browse the DDO wiki with the in game browser but since the recent patch every time I try to the game crashes. :(

All is not lost however, because I run DDO through steam and the steam browser overlay doesn't cause a crash.

Run your normal browser on the other monitor if you need access to other stuff while gaming.

(This is if you don't have the 2 monitor setup combined to run DDO on both as 'full screen', if you are setup that way, then alt-tab would be the way to go, or windowed mode so your program bars are available in the windows start bar)

I keep my Game windowed most of the time so I can go to the wiki or other sites as I need.

why would you want to get on FB from the in game browser.

do you really like those dice rolls

It equates to Scarlett Johansson walking into your living room naked. wanting you. You cant say NO even if you only like boys or your happy with a spouse.

Alt tabbing, at least for me causes DDO's sounds to be muted while it is in the background, I like to be able to hear what is going on in the game if I am looking up something mid-quest. Last time I did bastion, I was looking up something when and orthon teleported in on me, if I had been tabbed out I would have come back to a dead toon.

I believe there is an option you can turn on to make it so the game's sounds will play even when the window is not the active one.

I don't like alt tab, takes too long, I just use a very large window in windowed mode.

Why would Turbine want you to visit non-DDO/Turbine sites?

Also, if you can find a link to google either put in myddo or on the forums, you can pretty much get to any site from there.

If only someone had posted a guide (http://forums.ddo.com/showthread.php?t=321227) on how to add links to your MyDDO page, to browse non-Turbine stuff in the in-game browser.

Oh hey.. what's that blue underlined part? Weird. :)
