what is the turn around on the email support for these as my wife posted one today for her account as atm it is premium but she would love to play it VIP

this is one thing that really need to get fixed there was nothing wrong with the input it was at the address the billing information is sent to this really does need fixing and European people need more payment option if this continues as paybycash and any other site i've seen does't allow UK and others gotta remember this is a Global service now

ya we just ring up tomorrow just thought try email way but knew phone would be quicker

Turn around is a little slower than normal right now due to volume. All tickets are answered in the order they are received. If you're able to call tomorrow, that may be faster (though please be aware we do tend to have high call volumes on Mondays.
