Will 10hp stack with 15+20hp on different GS items?

Simple question:

If I make one GS item with 35 hp (and other stuff) and another with 10 hp (and other stuff), will the hitpoints stack to give 45 hp?

I will expand on this just a bit -

The Sovereign Rune of Health from DT Armor will stack with HP 10+15 as well, but *not* with Shroud 20 HP.
