I'm going to TR for the first time soon and I have a question and comment after reading this http://compendium.ddo.com/wiki/True_Reincarnation

1. What happens to my gold? I assume that I keep it (being Premium I don't have to worry about too much gold at level 1). What about f2t players with more than 1250pp?

2. The article refers to the TR bank as having a 50 item cache, but nothing else I have read says anything about such a cache. Is it correct? Do I want to put my higher level items in my back pack and my items I want at level 1 in the first two bank slots?

Thanks

Not sure about f2p and gold limits. I am a premium and my 1+ mil plat tranfered without a hitch.

I do know that the TR stash is withdraw only and definately greater than 50. I had a full 60 bank items plus whatever gear in inventy transfer just fine.

But was everything available to withdraw, or only some items at first and once you withdrew an item another item becomes available? From the article it sounds like only 50 items are available for withdrawal and to get the 52nd item (which you don't know what it even is except that is it an item you haven't seen yet) you have to first withdraw 2 items.

It is 100 items until you have to start pulling items out to access the overflowed items.

When I TR I load my bank and inventory with all the items I want to use as I level up. For a rogue that means a lot of skill items for every level.

My inventory and bank has always been full, so that means 200 items plus the items I wear at the time of TR. I have never had any problems finding everything I am looking for at lvl 1.

When I have TR'd my toons I load their bank and inventory with all the useful trash I can handle, including 100's of yugo pots and silver flame pots and other random gear I dont want to sell. I have never had a problem finding an item, although it does take a long time to do so!

As for plat, I am p2p, not VIP but own all content in the game, I have 2 toons that have TR'd, both with over a million plat when they did so. Nothing went missing.

You definitely can have over 100 items and all show. My wizard had 4 full bank slots 80 items and 3-4 full backpack bags (at least 60 more items) for a total of 140 items and all showed in cache right after TR.

Like others, after TRing I have well over 100 items and not a single one was ever put in an overflow cache or unavailable from level 1.

From a post I read some time ago, it seems F2P who are TRing keep their gold limit. You won't loose your gold, but won't be able to gain more and will have difficulties to use it (some things can't be bought, if you bid at AH, you can't recover your biding because you can't gain more money, etc.). I dunno if it has changed since then, but I would transfer my gold to another character if I were you.
