dunno if i just missed spell selection when creating, but i have literally no spells that i can use :/, whats with that?

hmmm...there was a "known issue" a while back (middle of last year I believe) that caused that to happen.
I thought it had been fixed...maybe its broken again....not good news.

Did you True Reincarnate or Greater Reincarnate?
That's a bug in either case, but I thought it was worth asking the question just to confirm.

Hmmm? i assume you TRd post 9.1...
All i can confirm from my TR is that it worked Post U9.

i hope this doesnt happen for sorcs, because thatd be an actual hit :/, for wiz i just went and bought 20 scrolls and inscribed them

So your saying you didn't get to pick your first 7 spells at 1st level when you tr'ed? If not then yes it's a bug. I assume that you wouldn't gloss over the spell selection at re-creation.
Unless you assumed you would retain your spells from your first life, then it's WAI.
And yeah the bug was for when you LR'd, or was it GR'ed as a wiz that you couldn't pick spells.

That is like upgrading your gun in WoT and forgetting to buy ammo ... Wait that is a user error not a programming one.
P.S. I've never done that, honest, never!
