Noob crafting questions :)

I got a few questions, and i was hoping i could find the answers here:

1-TRing, affects, or resets crafting XP?

2- Whats BTA, or BTC? (like i got 4 toons, leveling on craft on just one...would like to know if its possible to craft and pass the shards/itens to another toon)

1) No.

2) Bind-to-account/character. Shards will be BtA (are BtA? I lost track of time) so you can pass them in the shared bank between characters. Finished items are BtC for now but apparently there are unbound crafting machines in the works.

But the final item,for example, i want to craft a holy of PG wrap, i pass the shards onto my monk and craft, the item will be BTC, but do he needs any crafting xp to create the item?

Attaching shards to an item requires only level 1 in crafting, which everyone has by default.

if you have the shared bank you only need one crafting toon. created shards are BtA and any character can use the shards to make something.
