Does anyone know what or how the "Mystical" ingredents work in the crafting process yet?

There aren't any recipes with them yet. When there are recipes, we'll know.

I'm willing to bet they'll be required for the big shards. Smiting, vorpal, disruption, paralyzing, heavy fortification, etc.
