Crafting past lev75

I'm not sure if this is true, but is crafting truly planed to lev150? And if it is true, are there any hints or theories on what shards will be 75+? I assumed that lev75-100 will be filled with missing greater bane, vorpal, smiting, banishing, force burst and stuff like that. I don't think that these recipes can fill lev75-150. I'm just really curious what devs prepared for us.

We also need +6 stat gear.

I expect most of what we have will be below lv100 crafting. Lv100+ will be quite unique items, maybe allowing us to make an item with 2 prefix's or suffix's? Possibly crafting above ML20 with the ability to reduce the ML of the item?
