Shield spell and force missiles

Since the latest update I have seen that the shield spell is no longer blocking the Force Missiles spell. It will still block magic missiles, and still will not block the ricochet missiles from chain missiles, but it used to block force missiles and no longer does. Anyone know if this is WAI or not?

Noone knows I take it. Anyone else see this problem though?
