Help Me!
I'm currently located in the Tower of the 12 complex inside the foyer. I received theis quest from a patron of the 12 Jeanselme Brucetius to deliver a bag of ingredients to someone. Problem was,the quest went by so fast that I didn't get the name or where to go and delive said item. The other problem is that I cannot located this particular quest in the quest log and he doesn't repeat the quest info . What do I do?

Just keep the bag and use it for your own ingredients?

You mean he gave you a Small Bag of Ingredients? Perhaps mentioned something about 'getting out into the Vale and collecting what you can'?

Unless there's another quest I'm not familiar with (a possibility), it's just the green (free) small ingredients bag. It's not a quest, its something for you to store essences, shards, and other similar things in (rogue trap parts, large dragon scales, etc).

You get XP for it anyway. To complete it you'll need to go through the Vale of Twilight to Meridia. In Meridia you'll see a guy standing near the mailbox with a check mark over his head. Talk to him for a quick/easy (if you know the way to Meridia) completion and ~1k XP.

I did not know that either ... I thought he was talking about the free bag too.

He is. It's just that there's a one-time quest to get to Meridia for 1k XP (and another later on to make your first Signet Stone for 5k XP).

There is an amazing little thing called a "quest journal" in the game. It can help you out more than you realize.
