Life Shield & Demonic Shield

I haven't exhaustively tested this, but it seems that my Lifeshield and Demonic Shield are no longer stacking as they had prior to U9...

One will go off but the other will not. Yesterday Demonic Shield was going off all the time, but I never saw a lifeshield proc, today only lifeshield was going off.

I understand that the two effects stacking might not have been intended. (+45 temporary HP was very nice)

Again have not tested exhaustively -- just an observation, anyone else have any information on this? Bug or WAI?

try taking both off. note the order you put them back on in. See what procs. Then take them off again and reverse the order and see if the other procs.
