Greetings all!

Myself and a couple of other Veteran DDO players decided to leave our established guild and form a "new" one. The WarSwords guild is a very old European guild, dating back from more than 5 years from the Boldrei server (later merged into Keeper server). We decided to "rebuild" the old guild and recreate it here on Ghalanda with the prospect of making it a high level guild! We want to focus mainly on high level content (Epic Questing), always working to better our characters and find new ways to do quests, but most of all we want everyone to have fun and enjoy playing DDO with the guild!

Right now were Recruiting with the objective of having 8 members in guild (so we can take advantage of the high percentage of guild renown won from being a small guild), which means were looking for one more player that wants to join us and rule the world... of DDO! Our play hours are random since we all have jobs, family, other hobbies, different time zones - so we want players that have the same carefree view of the game! We don't have any ground breaking rules, we respect our guild members and trust their judgment. Whoever we do expect some "personality traits" from our new members and as such, were looking for people that are:

- Friendly, Polite and Mature Players;
- Have a good Sense of Humor;
- Have a good Knowledge of the game;
- Players that want to focus on high level content mostly;

So if you think you would have fun questing with us (and If you have quested with me before, Im sure you know my playstyle, sense of humor and sexy voice) and would like to have the WarSwords name above the head of your characters, you know what to do!

FYI 6 accounts will net you the most for small guild bonus. heroic deeds=200, 7 accounts heroic deeds=192, think 5 accounts is 192 as well. there is a pyramid scaling system with 6 active accounts seeming to be the peak.

Nope. SIX accounts will net you the most bonus. IE: Heroic Deeds = 200 (50 + 150 Very Small Guild bonus).

Yes, 6 accounts gives 300% on renown won. Right now, with 7 accounts we earn 285% on renown and with 8 accounts will gain 270%. Our guild is level 29 (almost lvl 30), with 7 very experienced players and we are still looking for that 8th like minded player to boost our ranks and run around with the WarSwords name above his/hers head ;)

Ding - LEVEL 55!!!

Greetings all! The WarSwords guild has now a new boat full of buffs and things that only our guild has (like a guy that gives vorpal to your weapons). As you can read in our previous posts (if you can read that is but if you cant, your not reading this which leaves us in a awkward situation really...), were a guild dating back from the start of the game (right after the DDO big bang) in Europe that teleported here to the US (Boldrei -> Keeper -> Ghalanda) so we can rule the world of DDO!

Were looking to expand the guild with one new player (aka minion). Right now we split our time between leveling TRs and doing Epics and we play mainly at EU times (GMT and GMT+1) but we have people online at any time (we enslaved one or two locals). We dont have any rules so to say, nor are we picky, were basically looking for players that have the following traits:

- Can solo heal on epics and self raise;
- Can tank any quest at any difficulty while on the same time healing the rest of us;
- Has at least two stats of +100;
- Can solo any quest at any level while other 5 guildies picke;
- Asks if I need his loot prior to looting;
- Has a good sense of fashion;
- Has a good sense of smell and personal hygiene;
- Has a good sense of humor and laughs and makes fun whenever a guildie character dies while questing;
- Thinks that im a great player and wants to name at least one of his sons after me;
- Brings cake and Pie!

If you have ALL this traits (if you have 9 of 10 please dont apply), we may allow you to join us, just contact me here or ingame!

Another good method is to have 6 or 7 people go on hiatus, but log in every now and then to keep their accounts active, while 1 or 2 people actually play actively and generate just about enough renown to offset the decay.

In this way, ny own guild managed to stay level 76 for several months. Only recently people spoiled it when they came back for U13 and started to actually play again and generate too much renown, so we're 77 now. Oh well. 76 was fun while it lasted.

The main issue were having right now is being relocated to a swamp since theres little to no public transportation by way of ship or scroll teleport and with gas prices so high, we have to car pool to get there, which may sound simple but going 5 in a mini with people like Gorilla (aka smelly) or Giganta (aka smellier) its not cool at all... The good thing is were also close to a lake and have met some interesting people as this fellow HERE (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FP6Sc4XQFyw)! That said, our plan of ruling the world of DDO (starting with Ghallanda - with no R in it) is coming to fruition so meanwhile in the legion of doom...

I would like to have a moment of your time please... Its with great pride (well, not really but lets say it is for emphasis) that I announce that Warswords as reached level 75! :: Pause for clapping ::

As usual, a big thanks mostly for our guild leader that has been a solid guide and friend throughout our DDO lives! :: Pause for more clapping and cheering ::

As you all know (and if you dont, it only shows your ignorance), the Warswords guild is on a project to dominate the world (of DDO...) and were making solid progress in our holy quest! Even yesterday, we managed to almost complete epic Devil Assault (died on second wave of the first part...), which only goes to show our progress (specially having in mind the kind of players that were on that run) and overall power! I dont know what will come next (actually I do for me, I have a meeting in half an hour which I should be preparing for but hey, thats only my RL job, so who cares!?) but I can promise that we will keep evolving and getting more powerful, specially since were under the guidance of our brilliant, charismatic, muscular and handsome leader! :: bigger pause for clapping, cheering, yelling, women fainting and crying ::

Our battle for world (of DDO...) domination continues and ill keep you posted on the progression of the guild known as the best in all servers!

As usual, a big thanks mostly for our guild leader that has been a solid guide and friend throughout our DDO lives! :: Pause for more clapping and cheering ::

As you all know (and if you dont, it only shows your ignorance), the Warswords guild is on a project to dominate the world (of DDO...) and were making solid progress in our holy quest! Even yesterday, we managed to almost complete epic Devil Assault (died on second wave of the first part...), which only goes to show our progress (specially having in mind the kind of players that were on that run) and overall power! I dont know what will come next (actually I do for me, I have a meeting in half an hour which I should be preparing for but hey, thats only my RL job, so who cares!?) but I can promise that we will keep evolving and getting more powerful, specially since were under the guidance of our brilliant, charismatic, muscular and handsome leader! :: bigger pause for clapping, cheering, yelling, women fainting and crying ::

Our battle for world (of DDO...) domination continues and ill keep you posted on the progression of the guild known as the best in all servers!

I would ask a moment of your time (I would say I demand a minute of your time but I dont want to sound rude to my future minions) to contemplate the great achievment that is the fact that Warswords Guild reached level 80! Why is that a great achievement you may ask (in your ignorance...)? Well, first because Im saying that it is (which should be more than enough ofc) and second because it was a long road to reach here (made longer by the fact my guildies aka minions tend to not follow my brilliant guidance all the time and sometimes dont want to do quests that I want to, as if they have a will of their own...) and as such its quite an achievement! Ill wait to read in the next posts people congratulating and praising us (me in special ofc)...

Any way, the guild is thriving and with the release of MotU its always full so our plan of ruling the world (of DDO...) is coming to fruition. That said, were thinking on getting a new minio.... i mean guildie to our glorious guild! So, if your a great player, a powergammer that is very friendly ingame and likes to help others out, a decent human being with a great personality that on the weekends wears the boy/girl scout uniform and helps others - probably this guild isnt for you... but if you want to rule the world (of DDO...) and have some skills and sense of humor, leave a message here or contact me online (maybe Ill reply...)!

I demand you resume playing quickly! Just spent 1.8M pp in a new boat completely furnished with exotic stuff like halfling skin chairs, drow hair tapestries, dwarf beard rugs, etc! We also have a new training Dummy: the old one was was too skinny and nimble and some of the guildies couldn't hit it properly, therefore we bought a new Amnetie that was released with U14 which is called "Iarla Training dummy" - a bit short but fat enough so you dont miss even on a roll of 1!

So get your behind online and start earning renown, this boat is ugly as hell and we need to reach 85 to replace it quickly!!!
