Started a new character again, and as I was passing by to get my reward for my collectables, it crossed my mind that Goldscuttle the Kobold might just be the busiest NPC in the game. So what the heck does he do with all those string of prayer beads. Is he starting a cult I should know about? Have I been feeding his cultist unholy items for his war on Stormreach! Which other NPC you think we should keeping an eye out for...?

Goldscuttle's selling the religious items back to other kobolds, while also giving you the kobold band weapons to go kill them and return the collectibles to him to sell to more not-yet-killed-by-you kobolds. I like killing kobolds, but that's a little creepy. Lucky for him kobolds reproduce so quickly or the bubble would burst on his little racket.

He's in league with a renegade branch of House Cannith. They are using the prayer beads along with the Icons of Khyber to determine how to restore kobolds to their former glory as dragons!

The wooden idols they feed to the giant termites they hope to unleash on Stormreach to cause total chaos!

Merla Bauerdatter stays pretty busy. I saw her working inside the Wavecrest Tavern in Korthos, and then I went to The Twelve and found her standing outside the Sleeping Spell Inn as the owner of the place!

I've had a huge crush on her ever since my first day in DDO. :)

The most busy npc in game may well stand almost next to Goldscuttle
(who I very rarely contact..)
On daily un-eventful basis I'll bet it is the lone (!) harbor bank manager.

now that beads are actually usefull, i'm never going to give them ot that vicious criminal again. there should be a raid where you go to kill him and his cult. bonus xp for having only him die.

So when did they say we will be getting the Kobald race choice for our Toons? Can't wait for first Kobal Barb. Gersniffle the Looter, there won't be any bruiseless shins left in Eberron?

Look, I have (inadvertantly) seen what he does with those beads. Believe me, you want NOTHING to do with them. And wash your hands if you picked one up, that is all I am saying.....

Gersniffle the looter, Kobald barbarian, snarks and snips and spins wildly at Goldscuttle and then promptly pokes his own eye out with dual wielded sugar cane clubs of virtue +1. And the dusted cloud raised dissipates..... KAPOW!.... Gersniffle is gone ???
