DDO Referral Points Not Redeeming

I Have DDO points showing as pending redemption that will not clear, the event of redeeming them also no longer shows in the transaction log on the referral page.

Other points have been redeemed and correctly processed after the attempt to redeem these points, these ones just seem stuck in limbo.
