True Heart of Wood? HELP!

Ok, where do we get True Druidic Hearts of Wood now? Misty (epic vendor) is gone and her replacement does not have them. Kruz (reincarnation trainer) does not have them either. Are we forced to buy them from the DDO Store now?

Please help if you have TR'd since U9 or whenever they kidnapped Misty...
