Misdone a T3 shard of power...

Made a shard for my Lit 2, but I made a shock blast instead of the insight bonus +4
shall I run everything again, base item and etc? or is there any variation where I could use that and +4 insight aswell and get this last one?

I guess you already added the shard to the weapon?

If so, then your only recourse is to create a new weapon.

If not, then you can just hold onto the shard...and put it on a new weapon. Since it's already a lightning shard (I guess? Is it still just the air single shard?), the only viable place to put it is on a lightning item.

Shocking blast is not like a disaster to have, anyway. Particularly if you put it on a scimitar/rapier/kukri/khopesh/falchion.
