I paid for a three month VIP subscription in April. Now, one month later, DDO is telling me my monthly renewal payment did not process. It's forcing me to pick four characters before accessing the game as a non-VIP.
Anyone else have this issue? What can I expect? Does Turbine account support work weekends? If I pick four, will my other character (I have 5) be restored once my account is fixed?
