Hi,
I ending my monthly sub a few months back and now looking to renew it. I have a premium account at present but want the unlimited access as b4. i have tried to restart it but keep getting this when i click submit:
The system was unable to update your billing information. Please verify your billing information and try again later. If you continue to experience this error, you may wish to try another credit card or contact your issuing bank. To request further assistance, please visit support.turbine.com. [err: 30005]

I have tried using two different cards that both have enough funds in and each time get that meessage.
I have madesure my card details are entered correctly and billing address is correct etc.
Appreciate any assistance.
