Shroud Ate my Double shard Min 2

So I reported this bug, and petitioned it. I crafted a Double shard Green Steel Heavy Pick (and did it correctly). I combined both the shards into one, then crafted those into the Heavy Pick. It then did not register that it was a double shard and just gave me the hieghtened awareness 4 and not any of the Metalline, keen, slicing.
As I said I reported the bug and then petitioned it. The first GM gave me some stock response about crafting being in Beta without reading word 2 about this being shroud and not the beta crafting. The second GM was at least polite enough to read the whole petition and respond accordingly. This is the next step I am taking in the process to get my items back or better yet, get the item I had crafted.

Wow that sucks. It's a shame to see the customer service that doesn't even read the tickets. At least the second GM read it.

I made it correctly. There is an issue for sure with the gs min2 recipe. I submitted a bug report as my premium account paid more then 45 days ago. This should be looked into as i wated a whack of stuff on making a gs greataxe which is suppossed to be my primaryu wep. Now I don't know how long it will be till i have a workable good dr breaker for this guy.

What recipe did you use for the 2 shards? i.e. positive/opp/eth and earth/opp/eth?

i made mine positive for holy and then earth for acid burst and acid blast. I checke the recipe on both the imontreal and perfect web and they showed everythign the same.

I still have my mineral 2 attempt from 2008 in my inventory which this happened to. Both shards gone, only one applied. No metalline, no bleed, etc. Holy, acid burst, acid blast.

This happened to me as well with my green steel khopesh. I received the acid blast but none of the metalline bonuses.

I've submitted a detailed bug report. Anyone who has encountered this problem submit a report too. Want this fixed ASAP.

Still it's a HUGE waste of mats and I would love to get reimbursed or have the weapon adjusted but, based on the customer service track record, that won't happen. Unless a lot of people start crafting Min II weapons.... :/

I wish they would change GS crafting to the same kind of mechanic used by the new crafting system. You stick your ingredients in, the list of available combinations comes up... no more wasted materials in failed or mixed up recipes.
