need 36 point pally/monk build

not sure if a 12/8 pally/monk build is better then a 11/9 pally/monk build?

which one would be better for getting to lvl20 and then tr'ing after.....not really looking for an end game build just getting capped is my goal....

please let me know what r some good gears i shud be looking for to help with the pally side....

i am doing a 3 monk 3 pally 3 fighter then ending monk. so i am gearing for monk mainly?

I'd say stay as pure as you can. 18 paladin, 2 monk or something is a very strong build. The abilities that each of the classes get at higher levels are quite good so staying pure is going to be much stronger, imo.
