What are you trying to do with this? A generic build would be 13 Rogue/6 monk/1 Ftr, which would get you acrobat II and Ninja Spy I and an extra feat with the fighter level. What are you trying to get out of Ninja Spy I?

I've recently capped a Thief Acrobat with a monk past life and my final build was:
13 Rogue/6 Ftr/1 Monk.

I splashed the 1 level of monk for permanent Fire Stance (+2 Str & 25% Healing amp with Jitz Tek Bracers). I also can do 1d6 elemental strikes while wielding Q-Staves.

I splashed 6 Ftr for Kensei I, which grants me increased tactical DC and extra damage with Q-Staves. It's H-Orc str build, I can post the build if you like. I like it a lot since it does pretty consistent damage across all monster types and good damage against monsters vulnerable to sneak attack damage. My stunning blow & trip DCs are in the low 40s, which is good enough for pretty much all content on elite, a little low for epics however.

hehe its not even up to date but i m still slow at leveling because i need to twink so many toons gearwise.

not having a fixed plan in my head at this point - just been wanting to check theese preC`s out because it looked to me as if they could make a good combination.
although your setup looks interesting too. hum hom - but since it is for my completionist guy (long journey don t ask) i can check it out along the way.
i have the materials for the epic staff of nat gan but not sure if its worth crafting, any insights ?

The Epic Staff of Natt Gann looks great at first, but the damage and to hit is based on dex, so for my build it was a non-starter. I made the Epic Souleater for my rogue, which fits my build better.

My stave collection consists of:
Holy of Stunning 10
+5 Metaline of PG
Radiance Staff
+5 Flaming of Vertigo +10
Epic Soul Eater
+ a few other misc staves
