So how much improved healing does my monk need before she starts to see numbers higher than +1 and +2 when she lands a blow with the healing curse? I've been curious on this for awhile.

100% will give you 2s and 4s right?
maybe ~50% and you might start seeing 2s and 3s more consitantly

I run Human Recovery II, Monk Recovery III, Leviks Bracers, AND the boat buff for another 10% to get the 2s and 4s

150% Amp (note that most amps multiply so they stack more effectively than you might think) will give you 1's and 3's
200% Amp will give you 2's and 4's...
DDO truncates healing numbers, so you have to cross these threshholds in order to see the numbers change. 149% amp would still give you 1's and 2's...

Well that explains it. I wonder if its going to cost me in other enhancements to get that healing amp I want to see the numbers I want. This is her first life.
I may not see the 2 and 4's yet but I still make it easier on clerics to heal and cheaper to heal myself [shes a half elf with the cleric dilly so she can sustain herself pretty well with wands]

The Tet-zik bracers are nice for lower levels as they provide a 25% amp while in fire stance. Also, pick up a wearable item of Superior Potency I for another 50%. Works great on FoL and the healing finisher.

Superior potency/ardor only applies to the finisher, not the curse of healing. Pick up a metric ton of Superior Ardor 1 pots from house P, they're cheap and extremely worth it.

You're correct. I worded my response poorly and mistakenly implied it works with both when it does not. I stand corrected.
