I am think of making a fvs/pal/mnk build, maybe a 12fvs/6pal/2mnk or a 18fvs/2pal/2mnk.
Not sure if there is a buld like that since I dont not find one when searching for it.
Any recommendation?

With that class range, you will need at least drow/32 point builds, and a TR would be better. I have an AC focused build with moderate DPS that requires a single TR, but it could easily be modified to 28 points (its a drow) and DPS focus instead if you don't feel like grinding.

The build originally used paladin, but traded it out for rogue (I love UMD). You could simply trade it back in if you wanted. If you don't have a TR waiting, then I would advise taking the 2 points out of Int since without rogue you don't need so many skill points, and there would be a lot more adjustment if you weren't going for AC (probably go strength based, for one).
Hope this can guide/inspire you. I will probably make a less demanding version later on as well.

So... hate tank who can self-heal? Looks fun. If you are going for AC, stat distribution looks OK, but if you are dumping AC, you should dump wisdom too and bump up con. It's unfortunate that you will only get one of blade barrier and heal :(. I think you will really want quicken for heal. Drop OTWF perhaps?
I would also personally drop charisma to 12 and bump con. With 6 paladin levels you only have access to DMI, so you can hit the req with a +2 tome.
