View Full Version : "Run of bad luck"? (!)

I'm curious about a sudden change of luck on the in-game lotteries. They're pretty regular almost every day and up until 20th of March I won (on one toon or another) at least 1 lottery per week and sometimes more. Since that date I've entered every lottery I saw (apart from the few meant for new players of course) but haven't been successful once.

Now, I understand the roll of luck in this but from once per week to none in a month is quite a drop and I've still not seen anything from this 5 Yarrrs one that over half a dozen of my toons "won" but saw nothing back.

So is there a chance I've been over-looked from recent lotteries for whatever reason? The was an issue a while ago where myddo not updating might have this effect but as far as I can see my toons appear to be updating.

Can anyone look into this please?

My luck is the only lotteries I win are on a guy I made just to quickly grind some favor on another server (kicks self)

Ok well thanks anyway, seems like it isn't an issue for anyone else.

well seems hardly fair.

The only lottery i've ever won, was the 'test' lottery :P

Ive entered every single one since I even knew they were there. So maybe you got some of my awesome luck :D

Well that's kinda my point; I have my old luck, other people say they win something from more than they don't. However whilst still entering almost every lottery that appears excluding the obvious "noob-helping" ones and I've dropped from 1-2 every week to nothing in a month.

Only really thought to post at all because there was the issue with myddo and people not receiving anything. The 5 yarrrs thing was a major one with many people winning and nothing appearing. Incidentally the 5-6 of my toons that "won" still haven't seen anything. I don't even remember what was winnable now anyway. :D
