View Full Version : New video - New channel - come one, come all....

I have been making videos in DDO for awhile now, I luv to do it and hope to do much more and even do some courses and eventually get into professional video production soon.

My old channel Arieel Productions is still up and running but I began to feel the need to start a new channel and feature only High Definition and better quality videos now I have my fancy new computer (hope to have better software soon too, better than WMM :p LOL)

New Channel is DreamForgePro (http://www.youtube.com/user/DreamforgePro) (short for Dreamforge Productions)

Please check it out - to kick it off Ive re-made one of my favourite music videos featuring my Drow Elf Faernsprite...

Hi Mazeratti, I enjoyed watching it!
Video quality was very good even at 360p.
I see you use Fraps but what do you use to edit the videos?

Windows Movie Maker :o .... this will be my next investment LOL

WMM isn't really all that bad depending what you want to do. I use it too for editing clips. What it's not so good at is if you want to display readable text in the UI.
I'm going to have a play around with Sony Vegas as they have a free trial:)

Very good job. I have found in the ddo world you never know who you are talking to. Pleasure to share a little guild on Orien with you occasionally. I am looking forward to more videos. Maybe I could aspire to be an Extra sometime. God bless.

It took me a bit to get used to the new version (Win7) and I cant say I like it - it is over-simplified I think. I trialled Sony Vegas Plat which had visual and audio - and it was so complicated I gave up.

I need to do a couple of courses &/or find something in between - and yes I kinda need lots and lots of options because as it is I feel so restricted - but at least it forces me to use what I have creatively.
