Game Card error

I recently bought a game card via (PayByCash) and couldn't find the option ""Add Game Pass Card link" they mentioned on the email. I've read like every post on the forum, even the sticky one from Victorie: "Not able to add a GTC or Added GTC and Didn't Receive VIP access?" and didn't find any kind of method that could solve my problem.

I'm really disapointed with DDO's account management system, DDO is the only game that I've ever played that is DIFFICULT to become a vip.

Anyway, how should I proceed?
