hiya guys. here is my latest question. i have a laptop (http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=pavilion+dv5), and most of the time i use a huge TV screen(i use a VGA cable (http://www.google.com/search?sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8&q=vga+cable), a external keyboard and mouse, my issue is that i plug Headphones (actually any kind) and if DDO is not running i hear the sound comming directly from headphones, if DDO is running i hear the sound from the Laptop, which is annoying.
how can i solve that?

Get a PC :D
In all seriousness, it should prolly be fixable with the driver settings.

In Options -> audio somewhere is two drop downs to select sound playback device and voice capture, they may call it playback. Set the audio playback to the default device and the mic to the headset. If you are using two audio plugs rather than a USB headset don't plug in the green one and see fi that fixes it.
Otherwise sound can be a bit chancy
