Heart of wood

I am looking for help, I have seen people offering Hearts of Wood from the DDO store, for other items. How is it they can change from one account to another? Are they not bound? A guildie of mine needed one he is VIP but didn't have the points. I got one on ah a few weeks earlier. So I gave him mine with plans on him buying me one from the ddo store. Any help would be great.

People offering to sell Hearts of wood are selling the ones they looted from chests, as they are not bound, I believe most if not all store purchases are BtC or BtA including hearts of wood, I believe all hearts of wood up to +3 can be found in random loot in game, and only +5 hearts of wood are store only.
